Pausa is a subscription tracking and management tool. We help you identify, track, and cancel recurring payments. We are not a financial adviser and nothing on Pausa constitutes financial advice. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only.
You must be 18 or over to use Pausa. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at vaultguardco@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to: attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the service, use automated tools to abuse AI features, create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to access other users' data.
Bank connections are provided by TrueLayer Ltd, an FCA-regulated Open Banking provider. By connecting your bank you also agree to TrueLayer's terms. We access read-only transaction data and cannot make payments or transfers.
AI responses are generated by OpenAI and may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify important information independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
Pro features require a paid subscription (£3.99/month or £29.99/year). Free trials last 7 days. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Pausa is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that subscription detection is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for any subscriptions you fail to cancel or charges you incur. Always verify cancellations directly with the service provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Pausa's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
